We were fortunate enough to have my niece Allie come to visit with us for a week. I think we packed it in and had lots of fun. McKenna is in Arizona this week and I miss her greatly. I know that she is having a ton of fun.
The visit started kind of rough since I high centered the car on a rock on the way to get her, but it was good the rest of the week. On Saturday night McKenna and Allie went to Salt Lake with my in laws to see the tabernacle choir and the Osmond perform. It was neat for Allie since she had never seen the Salt Lake temple before. Other highlights are as follows.

Took A few kids to see the movie Wall E

Loved having ice cream nights. They loved staying up late and having the basement all to their selves. We set up a tent for them downstairs, so they had their own little place to hang out.

Lagoon was the highlight of the week for Allie since she hadn't ridden many roller coasters in her life time. We spent nine ours at the Amusement Park and had a blast. It wasn't crowded, so we were able to ride lots and lots of rides.

Took McKenna and Allie to see High School Musical the play. It was really good even though our seats were really high up. We still enjoyed it and it was pretty funny. We ate dinner before hand and really had a good evening. I would love to take my kids to more plays, it is really fun, but they are expensive.

Met some of the cast. Fellow on the bottom played "Zack" in the play. They were good to sign autographs and take pictures. That was fun to do after the show.

Monday they went to Cherry Hill, a local swimming park. They were there the whole day and they also went swimming on Thursday at a neighborhood pool. It was really hot when she was here. No relief for her from Arizona.
